TRUST US, no detail will be left untouched. We'll set you up with an initial budget and handpicked vendor recommendations tailored to your style, personality, and budget. We're not just organization queens; we're matchmakers too!
With monthly check-ins and a personalized planning timeline for each couple. It's like having your customized wedding day roadmap just for you! Plus, we're always available with unlimited email communication.
After all the logistics, we’ll jump right into the pretty stuff! You'll receive a custom-designed mood board for your ceremony and reception. Think of it as a 15+ page Pinterest board brought to life!
As your wedding day approaches, we'll be your contact person for all the vendors, ensuring everyone's on the same page. When your big day finally arrives, you can sit back and enjoy the celebration, knowing that we've got everything under control and that you’re about to have the BESTDAYEVA!

As planning wraps up, we will step in 90 days before the wedding to become the main point of contact for all your vendors.
We'll confirm and discuss wedding day details with all vendors to ensure they're on the same page, attend final walk through with your venue, create wedding day timeline, table layouts and MORE
On your wedding day, our team of coordinators will be with with you from start to finish. We dedicate 12 hours to direct the setup and assist with the take-down after the event, ensuring a seamless experience for your guests.
We’ll handle all communication and logistics, just call us your wedding fairy godmothers!
You’re happy to head up the planning and design, but you want to outsource the essential coordination tasks starting 90 days out
