The inspiration for this emerald green and gold wedding shoot started with the emerald green velvet jacket from the Black Tux. It reminded me of the emerald green jacket Kasey Musgraves husband wore for their wedding. Such a bold color statement with a soften velvet touch, dreamy! We paired the velvet with lush florals, edible place settings and gold flatware, it was a dream come true!
This Justin Alexander gown from Olivia Grace Bridal paired so perfectly with the emerald green suit jacket from The Black Tux. The whole bodice of this long sleeve dress is delicately beaded with 3D beaded flowers on the sleeve and bust area. It was a super chilly day and our model Alayah was a real trooper with the open back of this dress. Lucy from Lucille photo captured the delicate dress details perfectly!

The emerald green and gold color palette was incorporated with more velvet in the lounge furniture provided by Birch and Brass. The golden honey velvet chairs were the perfect color combined with florals from Stems Floral Design. The two ottoman chairs were decorated with fringe, such a fun addition!
This glam and natural bridal look was created by Mindy, owner of Gloss Beauty Boutique. Alayah has such a natural beauty to her that we only wanted to compliment that and keep her makeup with natural tones to match the honey gold color palette.

If you’re planning an emerald green and gold wedding, this green velvet linen from BBJ linen is a must! While it may be hard to budget for a velvet linen on all guest tables, a great alternative is to upgrade your linen for your head or cake table.
This is one my my favorite place settings we have created! Charity Teague Confections created a chocolate meringue with white caramel chocolate honeycomb bark as the main element of our place setting.
