Hi there, nice to meet you! We’re a team of Austin Wedding Planners who believe that marriage is a sacred once in a lifetime event so you deserve an epic once in a lifetime party! While we value tradition, we love to work with couples who aren’t afraid to do things outside the norm.

We have one main mission and that is to do everything in our power to make sure you have the best day ever. Now this doesn’t mean its not going to rain on your wedding day, that your invites won’t get lost in the mail, or that your uncle won’t get too drunk.

Our definition of the best day ever is having all of your favorite people in the same room, a packed dance floor, and marrying the absolute love of your life. We want you to be fully present in your day and not worried about a single detail. We want you to have the peace of mind that we’ve got your back and everything under control.

Bianca Trevino – Owner + Certified Wedding Planner

I’m Bianca but my friends call me “B.” I have worked in weddings since 2017 but have always LOVED weddings. Even when I was a child, my heart felt “warm and fuzzy,” when I saw the bride walk down the aisle. While other children my age probably said “yuck!” at the first kiss, I was gleaming with awe.

In October 2019, my husband and I moved to Austin, TX where I launched Bianca Nichole and Co full time and curated our team of wedding planners. I am a bit of a workaholic because I love what I do so much! When I’m not working you can find me with my husband, chasing around our two year old and fur baby, Lola. I am typically watching Netflix with a glass of wine or margarita, going for a hike or enjoying a game night-in with friends.

Kelly Darash – Certified Wedding Planner + Executive Assistant

I’m Kelly, a Certified Wedding Planner with a Bachelors degree in Event Management. I am a newlywed – so I know everything you’re going through planning your wedding! I’ve been a wedding planner with BNCo since 2020, but recently moved to Michigan for my husband’s job. While I might be on the opposite border of the USA, I couldn’t bear to leave the Austin wedding industry. Now, I design and plan weddings just like yours remotely!

You’ll likely see my face on your initial consult call, check in meetings, or designing your dream day. I can’t wait to bring your wedding vision to life.

Maci King – Lead Wedding Coordinator

Hi, I’m Maci! I have my master’s degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University. A couple years ago, I fell in love with the wedding industry after planning my best friends’ wedding. I enjoy seeing all the little details come together to execute our couple’s vision on their big day! I love congratulating our couples with a celebratory drink after the ceremony.

I’m a Texas Native, originally from Amarillo area but moved down to Austin 2 years ago and have been loving it here ever since. When I’m not working you can find me at the gym, singing along at a country concert, or traveling with friends and family. Fun fact – I coordinated two BNCo team members’ weddings, Kelly and Allison!

Jessica Osorio – Lead Wedding Coordinator

I’m Jessica! I have been working in the wedding industry since 2021. My dream job growing up was to be a wedding planner, I have always had such a love for love. I am a hopeless romantic through and through. Besides seeing all the pretty decor come to life, my favorite thing about weddings is everyone’s reaction to the bride walking down the aisle and hearing toasts. 

I’m what the people call a unicorn. I was born and raised in Austin, TX! I graduated from Texas State in May 2021. When I’m not working, you can find me jamming out to Justin Bieber with a bowl of queso nearby. My favorite queso is Kerbey Lane and Torchy’s! Fun Fact, Bianca and I went to different schools, but were in the same sorority!

Allison Ralston – Lead Wedding Coordinator

I’m Allison! I recently graduated from Texas State with a master’s degree in Mass Communication. I’ve been involved with Event Management since 2017 and joined the wedding industry in 2021 with BNCo. I’ve always loved weddings, but I have an even bigger admiration for them after working behind the scenes and marrying my husband this past summer. I love seeing the excitement and giddiness of the couple just before they’re officially married. It’s also no secret that I am a cake fiend!

I’m originally from California but have called Texas home for the last seven years. When I’m not working, you can find me drinking coffee or playing fetch with our puppy, River!
